FINANCIAL INCLUSION
We work to reduce Gender Gap in Financial Inclusion; believing that empowering women, young girls and boys with financial literacy skills and knowledge on how to make informed financial decisions is a key success factor to ending gender gap and ensuring gainful equity employment.

We mentor women and youths with business skills to enable them be competitive and inclusive in the labor market and enterprise development. Hence helping to reduce the financial inclusion gender gaps.
ENTREPRENUERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Under this pillar we promote quality engagement of women and youth in leadership, business, access to basic economic empowerment and adaptation skills to climate change. We identify and promote women and youth survival and promising enterprises in local level spaces and prepare them access scale-up opportunities.
